i have the perfect reason to just lie around and do nothing all day for this day... CLASSES START ON MONDAY... ain't it a bummer? i'm just starting to re-discover this whole deal about leisure time... then voila! i have to face school again... but hey, fresh new start yeah? and i'm sticking to my promise of reading in advance... i have to get serious cuz i can already smell med school... oh so near...

em optimistic today... see, i just saw this movie... dead poets society... yeah i know, i'm way too late for catching it... i thought after watching emperor's club and mona lisa smile, i'm way over those films bout teacher-student relationship and how one life can inspire others to live theirs. well, i was wrong... i got goosebumps after watching dps. that's something. and i learned one new phrase... carpe diem... ei, i know you guys out there probably learned about that phrase during your hs days... well, i only learned about it now. actually, i've already heard it during my hs days, but i thougth it was italian food or something. so what? em not an old dog yet, so i can learn new tricks anytime i want. yeah... so it means "seize the day"... yeah... simple yet profound... see, i've been so busy contemplating and philosophizing about life that i forgot living it. good grief. now to take to first step outside and live my life... nah... maybe a little later... the couch is inviting me to sleep, and i cannot resist its incessant call...
